Tell us where you're starting from

A teacher reads every message and replies within one working day. No bots, no ticket numbers.

If you're asking about an injury or a pregnancy, mention the week or the specific area so we can point you to the right class rather than guessing. Otherwise just say hello and ask what you need to ask.

Getting here

Parking, buses and the stairs

The studio is on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. If stairs are a problem, call ahead and we'll open the lift at the back of the building.

The quick answers

Most enquiries fall into one of these five. If yours doesn't, the form above reaches a real teacher.

Evening classes fill up, so booking ahead is safer. Morning and lunchtime sessions usually have space for a walk-in. If you're coming for the first time, message us first and we'll hold a spot.

Within one working day. Messages sent on a Sunday evening get answered on Monday morning, which is usually before the 9.30am class starts.

Yes. Come by fifteen minutes before any class and someone will show you the practice rooms, the change area and where to leave your things. No obligation to book on the day.

Yes, mostly on Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Private sessions are useful for injury recovery, first-time nerves or working on a specific shape. Email us with what you need and we'll match a teacher.

Use the form and mention the injury and roughly when it happened. If it's recent, bring a note from your physio. Teachers can adapt a class but can't diagnose, and we'd rather send you to a professional who can. Full booking terms sit in our terms and conditions.
