Who we are and what this policy covers

Steluni is a yoga studio at 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, book a class, buy a pass or contact us, and what we do with it afterwards.

What we collect and why

We only ask for information we actually need to run the studio. Most of it comes directly from you when you fill in a booking form, buy a pass at reception or send us a message.

• Identity and contact details such as your name, email address and mobile number, used to confirm bookings and send class updates.
• Health information you choose to share such as injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions, used only so teachers can adapt the practice safely.
• Payment records including the last four digits of your card, processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
• Website usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected in aggregate to see which pages actually help people.

How we use your information

We use your details to hold your spot in class, take payment, respond to enquiries, and meet our insurance and record-keeping obligations. With your consent we also send occasional studio news, and every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate: our booking platform, our payment processor and our email provider. Each of them is contractually limited to using your data for the task we hired them for.

Storage, security and retention

Your records sit on encrypted servers hosted in Australia. Access is limited to staff who need it for their role, and all accounts are protected by two-factor authentication.

We keep booking and payment records for seven years to satisfy tax and insurance requirements. Health notes you give a teacher are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer so future classes stay safe for you.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. We answer requests within thirty days.

• Ask for a copy of your records by emailing steluni@hotmail.com.
• Opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to an SMS.
• Ask us to remove injury notes once you no longer need them on file.
• Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your data.

Cookies and changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and note the revision date at the top. Material changes that affect your rights are also announced by email to anyone with an active pass.
