Breath-led movement

Vinyasa Flow Classes

A dynamic, breath-driven practice that meets you where you are today. Expect strong sequences, clear cues and a room that moves together, with no ego and no rush.

What you'll practice

Strength and softness in the same breath

Vinyasa means arranging movement with intention. Our classes link posture to posture on the rhythm of your own inhale and exhale, so the practice becomes a moving meditation rather than a checklist of shapes.

Every session opens with a short grounding, moves through sun salutations and standing sequences, then settles into hip and shoulder work before savasana. Teachers offer layered options so first-timers and long-term students share the same room without anyone feeling left behind.

Why students stay

A practice built around your body, not a script

We keep class sizes small and sequences progressive. You'll get hands-on adjustments when you want them and space to explore when you don't.

Small groups, real attention

Caps of sixteen mats mean teachers can actually see how you're moving and offer cues that fit your body on the day.

Layered sequencing

Each class carries a theme across four weeks, so the shapes build on each other instead of starting from scratch every Monday.

Breath first, always

We teach the breath as the metronome. If the pace outruns your inhale, you slow down. That is the whole skill.

Our teaching team trains continuously in functional anatomy and injury-aware sequencing. That means we can adapt a flow for a cranky lower back, a healing wrist or a second-trimester belly without turning the class into a lecture. Most students tell us the same thing: it feels challenging and unhurried at the same time.

How a class runs

From the front door to savasana

Arrive ten minutes early, tell us it's your first time and we'll walk you through the room before the doors close.

Arrive and settle

Check in at the desk, stow your bag and roll out a mat. Teachers usually introduce themselves and ask about old injuries.

Ground and breathe

The first five minutes are quiet. Seated breathing and gentle spine work shift you out of traffic-brain mode.

Warm the joints

Sun salutations build heat through wrists, shoulders and hips with slow, repeatable patterns everyone can follow.

Standing sequence

The main block links warriors, balances and lunges into a flowing pattern, with simpler options available for every shape.

Cool-down and floor work

Seated twists, forward folds and long hip holds bring the heart rate down before the final rest.

Savasana

Eight minutes of stillness with a light blanket. Nobody rushes you out of it, because that part matters as much as the flow.

Student notes

What people say after a few months

I came in stiff from desk work and expected to hate it. Six months later I'm doing crow without thinking about it.

Priya N.
Vinyasa student, eight months

The teachers actually watch. I've had more useful feedback here in one term than in two years at a bigger studio.

Tom H.
Eight-class pass holder

Small room, good music, no performance. I leave calmer than I arrive, and that's the entire reason I keep coming.

Common questions

Before your first Vinyasa class

Something we haven't covered? Email the studio desk and a teacher will come back to you, often the same afternoon.

Ask a question

No. Flexibility is what the practice builds over time, not a prerequisite. We give every pose a simpler version so you can work at the edge of your own range.

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle and yourself. Mats, towels and props are provided free at the studio, so there's nothing to buy before your first visit.

Warm, not hot. We keep it around 24 degrees so you sweat a little but can still breathe properly through the sequence.

Yes, with a note from your physio if the injury is recent. Tell the teacher before class so they can offer modifications for that shoulder, knee or back.

Every Tuesday at 6pm and Saturday at 9.30am we run a slower fundamentals class that breaks down the foundations without losing the flow.

Cancel more than two hours before class and your credit stays on your account. Inside two hours the class is counted as used, since the spot was held for you.
