Agreement between you and Steluni
These terms apply to every class, workshop, pass and private session booked with Steluni at 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101. By completing a booking you accept them. If you do not agree with any part, please talk to us before you pay.
Steluni is the trading name of Steluni Yoga Pty Ltd, ABN 47 293 816 052. You can reach us at steluni@hotmail.com or on +61 7 5842 9316.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are made through our website or at reception and are confirmed only once payment clears. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Drop-in places are held for ten minutes past the start time, then released to the waitlist.
- Class passes activate on the date of first use, not the date of purchase.
- Passes are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement.
- Unlimited memberships renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled with seven days notice.
Cancellations, refunds and credits
Cancel more than two hours before a class and the credit returns to your account automatically. Cancel inside two hours, or simply not show up, and that class counts as used because the spot was held for you and could not be resold.
Workshops and partner sessions need forty-eight hours notice because materials are ordered in advance. Refunds for workshops are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Class passes are non-refundable once used, but we will always consider a credit if you are injured or unwell.
Your health and safety responsibilities
Yoga is a physical activity and carries some risk. You agree to tell your teacher about any injury, pregnancy, recent surgery or medical condition before class begins, and to follow their guidance on modifications.
- Arrive no later than five minutes before the start time so you have space to settle.
- Do not practise under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- Stop any movement that causes sharp pain and let the teacher know.
- Consult your doctor before starting if you have a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure or a recent joint injury.
Studio conduct and liability
We keep a quiet, respectful room. Phones stay on silent and out of sight, and conversations move to the tea bench once class begins. We may ask anyone who repeatedly disrupts a class to leave without refund.
To the extent permitted by law, Steluni is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought into the studio. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any guarantee that services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill.
Changes to these terms
We review these terms when our pricing, schedule or booking system changes. The current version always lives on this page and takes effect from the date shown at the top. Continuing to book after an update means you accept the revised terms.
